Student Council

Our Student Council is comprised of ten 6th Class pupils:

Aine Behan, Layla Hennessy, Kaitlyn O'Donovan, Tadhg Connolly, Jake Kennedy, Luke McAuley, Elle Kelly, Madison McCarthy, Sophie Byrne and Hailey Kearns.

These students were elected by their peers at the end of 5th Class and work alongside Ms Biesty and Mr Moore to ensure student voice is heard in our school.

Active School Committee

Our Active School Students Committee consists of at least one representative from all classes.

These pupil leaders work together with Mr Dunne and Ms Farrelly to enable the whole school community to become more physically active.

The committee helps plan and organise events like annual events Active Week, monthly and seasonal challenges and daily active breaks.  They suggest and promote creative ways for students to stay active both during and outside of school hours as we strive to achieve our 3rd Active Flag in 2025.

Green School Committee

The Green Schools program promotes environmental awareness and sustainable practices among students, staff, and the wider school community.

Led by Mr Lucas, our Green Schools Committee plays a vital leadership role in driving the school’s efforts to achieve and maintain Green Flags for various environmental themes, such as Litter and Waste, Energy, Water, Biodiversity, and more.

Our latest Green Flag is displayed proudly at the front entrance to our school.
